📅 30-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be included

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Orders over $3,000 USD

Custom-made or personalized products

Items returned after the 30-day window

Final sale or non-discountable items

Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

Our support team will confirm your eligibility and send return instructions

Do not return items without prior approval

Once approved, send the item to the address provided in our email

Email us your return tracking number

🚚 Who Pays Return Shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, not delivered), we cover all shipping costs.

If the return is customer-initiated, you are responsible for return shipping. This includes:

Item didn’t meet expectations (color, size, style)

Ordered by mistake

No longer wanted

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has been shipped. If the order has not yet shipped, a full refund is available.

💳 Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order.

After that window, cancellation is not guaranteed.

If the item has not yet shipped, we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the European Union may cancel or return orders within 14 days of receipt without a specific reason.

To qualify:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required
